Job Description

We are looking to hire a Customer Support Apprentice. The is a part time position with flexible hours.  


We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated candidate with excellent communication skills to join our team.  As a growing internet startup company we have a fun and casual work environment.

Provides customer service by proactively helping applicants with the JobOn software

Respond to applicants emails and phone calls  

Help manage recruitment advertising for customers

Solving applicant issues and concerns

Following up to ensure all issues have been resolved

Assisting the staff and management in everyday work duties

Hours Per Week: 20+
